Who we are
This website is run by JEE Nerds, 400A, 4th Floor, 12 Ajit Singh House, Yusuf Sarai Commercial Complex, Green Park, New Delhi 110016. “We” and “us” mean JEE Nerds; “you” means the person using the site.
Who can use it
JEE Nerds is for students preparing for JEE. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree before your account is activated, and they agree to these terms on your behalf. How we handle an under-18’s data is in our privacy policy.
Your account
- An account is for one person. Don’t share your login or your plan.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Give us accurate details when you sign up, including your date of birth.
What a plan buys
The free plan gives you a limited set of questions and features. A paid plan unlocks everything on the site for the period shown on the plan when you buy it — for example, 30 days, or until a stated date before your attempt.
- Every plan is a one-time payment. Nothing renews automatically, and we don’t keep your card on file.
- Your access ends when the plan’s period ends. You can buy another plan at any time.
- We keep adding and improving questions and features. A plan buys access to the site as it is during your period, not a fixed list of features.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are shown in Indian rupees at checkout. All purchases are final — see our refund policy, which also explains what happens if a payment goes wrong.
Fair use
Please don’t:
- copy, download in bulk, scrape or republish our questions, solutions or other content;
- sell, rent or share access to your account;
- try to get around the free-plan limits, a payment, or any security measure;
- overload, attack or interfere with the site, or try to access anyone else’s data.
If you do, we may suspend or close your account. We would tell you why, unless the law or the safety of other users prevents it.
Our content
Past JEE questions come from the official papers and are credited to their exam, year and shift. The solutions, explanations, figures, study sheets, and the design of the site are ours. You can use them for your own preparation, but not copy or share them with others.
No guarantee of results
JEE Nerds is a practice and revision tool. We work hard to make it accurate and useful, but we can’t promise any particular score, rank or result. If you find a mistake in a question or answer, please tell us at nerdsjee@gmail.com so we can fix it.
Keeping the site running
We aim to keep the site available, but it may sometimes be down for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We may change, add or remove features over time.
Our liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using the site, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for your current plan. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that can’t be limited.
Closing your account
You can stop using the site at any time, and ask us to delete your account by emailing nerdsjee@gmail.com. Closing an account doesn’t refund a plan you have paid for.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change significantly affects you, we will tell you before it applies.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in New Delhi.
